Dear Parents/Guardians:

In a recent school tweet, we celebrated all Staff at St. Gregory the Great and recognized them for their contributions regardless. 1 Corinthians 12:12-31, “For just as the body is one it has many members” was used to illustrate the concepts of team, working together, and in our uniqueness, we are one.

We say goodbye and good luck to Father Malcolm as you know he recently announced his retirement. We thank Father for his presence in our school, for Wednesdays with Father, for his authority at Rosary Club and your spiritual guidance throughout. We wish you all the best Father.

We say goodbye and good luck to Ms. Tanedo and Mr. Davis, who have done an exceptional job of filling in for staff on leave. We are grateful to have met you and are hoping you can return to us on a more permanent basis.

Recently, our school system announced a variety of school administrator changes. These changes have an impact on our staffing as both Ms. Miller and Mr. Clifford are relocating to new schools in the role of Vice Principal. Effective September 2022, Mr. Clifford will assume administrative duties at John Sweeney School in Kitchener, and Ms. Miller at St. Anthony Daniel. We wish you both the best of luck and are super grateful to you for all your contributions to our school community over the years. We have learned a lot from you and know your new communities will benefit from your presence.

We also say goodbye to Ms. Pimentel, she is scheduled to move to St. Vincent De Paul. This move is temporary, until Thanksgiving weekend yet could turn into permanent. For now, we’ll say see you soon, not goodbye. Thank you for your contributions to our school. You will be missed.

Finally moving to St. Anthony Daniel having signed a permanent contract is Madame Lee. We thank you Madame Lee for bringing a more consistency, fun and rich FSL Program. We are all grateful to you for how you support our students in learning a new language. We wish you the best.

On behalf of all, we wish to sincerely thank you all for your support and kindness throughout your time here. We have enjoyed getting to know you and appreciate the lessons you have taught. You continue to inspire us with your collaboration, creativity, and wisdom.

We look forward to reading of your successes in the years to come and wish you all the best.

With blessings and gratitude,

Be Great!

Sincerely,

Mr. Bryan Cinti – Principal
